Along with all of you, we are monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and, along with many area businesses, will do what we can to maintain our staff's and clients' health and safety. Our staff will adhere to the highest level of cleanliness with sanitizing and cleaning all the surfaces regularly throughout the day.
We are now taking appointments for elective procedures – spays, neuters, dental cleanings, etc. We are also able to now make appointments for annual wellness visits. We will continue to do all check-ins and check-outs curbside. Because of the labor-intensive nature of curbside services, we will not be able to accommodate any walk-in needs at this time NOR nail trims. Our hospital will remain client-free to maintain social distancing and safety with a few exceptions, including end of life visits. We kindly ask clients to wait in their cars with their pets
Curbside Services:
* We still will continue to do all check-ins and check-outs curbside. (You will wait in your car, we will handle payment over the phone.)
* Since we had restrictions for a few weeks, we are booked up for basic appointments for about a week or so.
*Because of the labor-intensive nature of curbside services, we will not be able to accommodate any walk-in needs at this time. {That means no Wednesday or Saturday walk in}
*As of October 1st 2020, we will be asking all prescriptions to be called in 48 hours in advance.
